Oscar Vasquez, Construction Manager, is a hands-on project manager professional with over 3 years of experience in all areas of the construction industry. He has estimated, designed, and managed a wide range of projects including, water channels, residential housing, parking structures, underground utilities, highways, bridges, design-build, and extensive remediation projects. Oscar has a verifiable track record of timely and under budget completion of projects in both the private and public sectors, and extensive training in project management, design, and negotiating skills.
Bao Vong, Chief Estimator, has been through 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry with a history of a wide range of experience in project managing scheduling, and estimating. Bao has organized, planned, and developed multi-million dollar projects including parking structures, bridges, and river restorations. Bao's expertise provides leadership, direction in estimating, and oversee bid preparation. Bao is currently working towards a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Cal Poly Pomona.


Has over 6 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. Ethan has been involved in every aspect of the construction process in that time from drafting plans to finalizing the permits on the finished product. Even though his experience is mostly in the type V residential sector, Ethan has experience overseeing projects such as parking structures, aqueducts, and schools. Ethan is currently enrolled in Cal Poly Pomona pursuing a degree in Construction Engineering.

Currently attending Cal Poly Pomona for his 3rd year going for his B.S. in construction engieneering. He creates the initial blueprints and schematics for various structures, systems, machines, or equipment. He is part of a design team that includes drafters and lead civil or mechanical engineers. He uses advanced computer technology and applications, such as computer-aided design (CAD) software, to help him create and test virtual models.
